EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly offer our customers a product exchange service within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The switch is for the same design, provided that the problem is by size (bigger / smaller).
- If the received product does not match the requested product.
- Goods cannot be exchanged at sales or show times.
Some items are excluded from exchange (underwear cannot be exchanged)
- If the item received was damaged or has a defect in workmanship.
- The item must be in excellent condition as it was at the time of receipt. Unopened and used goods cannot be exchanged, provided the original packaging and product card are present.
- The necessity of showing the receipt when exchanging.
